Karah Franklin - Founder
Karah has held acquisitions positions at several of the leading office operators and developers in the country, including Sterling Bay, Oxford Properties, and Broadway Partners, where she was responsible for underwriting and closing over $10 billion of commercial real estate investments on behalf of those firms’ institutional clients.
She earned a Bachelor of Science (with distinction) from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Economics, Finance, and Entrepreneurship from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
Karah holds a real estate license in the state of Arizona.
